Tazenix ("Tazenix", "we", "us" or "our") is a technology company with its head office in Dhaka, Bangladesh and an office in Dallas, Texas, United States. This Privacy Policy applies to tazenix.com and to the websites and services of the Tazenix brands, including Tazenix Digital and Tazenix Wear (together, the "Services").

By using the Services you acknowledge that you have read this policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Services.

2.Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Information you provide: name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company name, the services you are interested in, the content of your messages, and any files you send us.
• Information collected automatically: IP address, approximate location derived from it, device and browser type, pages viewed, time spent on pages and the referring website.
• Campaign information: advertising tags and click identifiers (such as UTM parameters, gclid and fbclid) that show which campaign brought you to the website.
• Project information: content, files and access details you share with us so we can deliver a service you have ordered.

We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data. Please do not send us such data unless it is necessary for your project.

3.How we use your information

We use personal information only for the following purposes:

• to respond to your enquiries and prepare quotes;
• to provide, support and invoice the Services you order;
• to operate, secure and improve the website;
• to measure and improve our advertising, where permitted by law. When you send a form, your email address or phone number may be shared with Google in hashed form to measure ad conversions (enhanced conversions);
• to comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations.

Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we process personal information on the following legal bases:

• Contract: to provide the Services you request.
• Legitimate interests: to respond to enquiries, secure and improve the website, and understand which marketing works.

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted or anonymised after they are no longer needed. Project, contract and invoice records are kept for the period required by applicable accounting and tax laws.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access. Card payments are processed on the secure pages of payment providers; card details are never stored on our website. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

• correct inaccurate information;
• request deletion of your information;
• object to or restrict certain processing;
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing;
• receive your information in a portable format;

Residents of California and other US states may request access to and deletion of their personal information and may opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Tazenix does not sell personal information.

The Services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
