Refund and Cancellation Policy

1.Scope

This policy applies to services and products provided by Tazenix and its brands. Where an Agreement for a specific project contains different terms, the Agreement takes priority.

2.Cancellation by the client

You may cancel a project at any time by written notice to hello@tazenix.com. Work completed up to the date we receive the notice will be invoiced, and completed Deliverables will be handed over once paid.

3.Advance payments

If you cancel before work begins, the advance payment will be refunded, less any third-party costs already incurred on your behalf. Once work has begun, the advance is applied to the work completed.

4.Milestone payments

Payments for milestones that you have approved are non-refundable. If a milestone does not meet the agreed scope, please inform us and we will correct it.

5.Monthly services

Monthly services, such as marketing, maintenance and support, may be cancelled with written notice before the next billing period. Fees for the current period are non-refundable.

6.Non-refundable items

• advertising spend paid to platforms such as Google, Meta or TikTok;
• domains, hosting, licences and other third-party purchases;
• ready-made projects and digital products after delivery, unless they do not work as described and we are unable to fix them.

7.Tazenix Wear orders

Sampling and production terms are agreed with each order. Once production has started, an order can only be cancelled on payment for materials purchased and work completed. Any defects must be reported within the period stated in the order, with photographs.

8.Cancellation by Tazenix

If we are unable to continue a project, we will refund any amount paid for work not yet performed.

9.Refund process

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method where possible, within a reasonable time after approval. To request a refund, email hello@tazenix.com with your project or order reference and the reason for the request.
