Refund & Returns

1) Overview
Tazenix provides digital services (design, development, marketing, consulting). Because work begins after planning and resource allocation, refunds are handled differently than physical products.
2) Deposits
Deposits are typically non-refundable once work has started, because time is allocated and initial planning/research is performed.
3) Milestones & partial refunds
If a project is canceled mid-way, you are responsible for the completed work up to the cancellation date (based on milestones, hours, or agreed scope). Any remaining unpaid scope is canceled.
4) Cancellation
You may cancel by emailing us with your project name and reason. If work has not started and no resources were allocated, we may approve a refund minus transaction fees.
5) Refund timeline
If a refund is approved, processing typically takes 5–10 business daysdepending on your payment provider/bank.
6) Chargebacks
Chargebacks create delays and may pause all services. Please contact us first so we can resolve the issue quickly.
